The Sterling Small Business and Technology Center***The Small Business & Technology Center, a.k.a. “The Incubator” houses 24 modules, each measuring 1,500 square feet for small businesses to utilize with low start-up costs. The facility is equipped with many workplace accommodations and two loading docks for delivery and distribution. The Sterling Small Business and Technology Center was designed with movable partitions to allow for effortless expansion and room for your business to grow within the incubator, private entrances with front door signage, office equipment, conference room, and grant and loan assistance.
The Kitchen Incubator is a 3,000 square-foot facility serving Northwest IL with equipment sharing and space.
